Current AWML Activities:
An an undergraduate research assistant for the Agricultural Waste Management Lab Neil is responsible for assisting with major projects ensuring their completion in a timely manor.
Current primary project:
Non-Basin Technologies for Open Feedlot Runoff: Demonstration, Implementation, and Modeling.
Responsibilities for this project include compiling data for publication in future papers. This data will be used in conjunction with similar data from 2006 to determine the effectiveness of various designs in mitigating waste run-off from solid settling basins.
Other related projects Neil is working on include setting up a rainfall comparison between different collection methods, analyzing the error in the methods, and finding necessary data for an evaporation calculation spreadsheet.
